This role supports power generation projects by leading technical proposals, coordinating engineering teams, and engaging with stakeholders across bidding and execution phases. Key Responsibilities
* Lead development of technical proposals and engineering solutions for power generation projects

Ideal Profile
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* 8–10 years of experience in power plant engineering or EPC environments
* Experience with CCGT, gas turbines, or generator systems preferred
* Strong background in technical proposal development and project bidding
* Experience working with utilities, developers, or EPC contractors
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
