What You\'ll Be Doing
- Coordinate with the internal project design team to support the timely submission of
contracted deliverables.
- Work with external project stakeholders and maintain effective coordination throughout project activities.
- Arrange and attend project meetings, follow up on agreed actions, and monitor overall project progress.
- Obtain quotations from potential subcontractors and support technical and commercial assessments.
- Prepare requisitions associated with subcontractor requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of project progress meetings.
- Compile project progress reports and maintain clear information on ongoing activities and deliverables.
- Support project management activities aimed at meeting schedule, budget, and contractual obligations.
- Carry out other responsibilities associated with the position when appropriate.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering.

- Working knowledge of CAD.
- Familiarity with PC software packages commonly used for engineering and project management activities.
