The Associate Cost Control Engineer – Dubai, UAE will support Parsons Corporation in developing, implementing, and maintaining project controls across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. This entry-level role is designed for UAE Nationals, providing exposure to cost control, project monitoring, earned value analysis, and financial forecasting under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.

What You’ll Do
* Assist in establishing project baseline budgets with WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) in coordination with project managers and engineering teams
* Track, evaluate, and forecast project costs, revenues, schedules, and resources against established baselines
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support project
monitoring and decision-making
* Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures when deviations occur
* Support in evaluating design and construction changes and their financial impacts on project budgets
* Perform earned value analysis to monitor project health and performance
* Utilize historical project data to improve forecasting and financial planning
* Customize project control systems to align with project-specific requirements
* Attend project review meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client reporting
* Support senior engineers in maintaining cost control procedures and financial integrity across projects
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
* Internship or academic exposure in project controls, cost management, or engineering preferred
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with basic engineering knowledge in civil, mechanical, or electrical fields
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project controls software; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
* Familiarity with scheduling principles and project planning basics
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* UAE Nationals only, with an eagerness to grow within Parsons’ cost control and project management functions
