Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a motivated UAE National to join our Dubai team as an Associate Highway Design Engineer. This is a career-launching opportunity for recent graduates or junior engineers to gain hands-on experience in road and highway infrastructure design within a globally respected engineering firm.

What You’ll Do
* Support senior engineers in road and highway design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads
* Apply foundational civil engineering principles to analyze and design infrastructure projects
* Participate in a structured rotation program with exposure to project controls, procurement, and construction management
* Contribute to Computer-Aided Design (CAD) workstreams, supporting detailed drawings and project documentation
* Gain exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and integrated engineering workflows
* Be prepared to work on-site, at supplier or client locations if required
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
* 0–2 years of experience in highway or transportation engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
* Basic familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley Microstation/OpenRoads
* Understanding of other engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical, or structural is a plus
* Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects across Dubai
