What You’ll Do
* Assist in highway and road design tasks by applying basic civil engineering techniques
* Gain exposure to multiple disciplines through structured rotations in project controls, procurement, and construction management
* Support the
preparation of design documents, drawings, and engineering analyses under close supervision
* Work with CAD/CAE applications including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and OpenRoads
* Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and coordination with cross-functional teams
* Support compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and company procedures
* Develop technical skills and professional expertise through mentorship and training opportunities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline
* Minimum 1 year of highway design/engineering experience (fresh graduates welcome)
* Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads
* Basic understanding of related engineering fields such as mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with eagerness to learn
* Flexibility to travel or relocate to client, supplier, or project sites when required
