Role Summary
The Associate Highway Design Engineer – Dubai, UAE will support Parsons Corporation in the planning and design of road and highway projects. This role is designed for UAE Nationals and provides structured training, mentorship, and rotational exposure across engineering disciplines, project controls, procurement, and construction management. It is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers seeking to contribute to sustainable transportation projects while developing their technical and professional expertise.

What You’ll Do
* Perform entry-level highway engineering tasks, including road design and analysis, under supervision
* Gain exposure to company procedures, standards, and project workflows through structured mentorship
* Rotate across disciplines such as project controls, procurement, and construction management for well-rounded experience
* Contribute to the preparation of design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
* Support design teams in applying AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads, and related software
* Assist in reviewing project deliverables to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
* Participate in site visits, client meetings, and coordination activities when required
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in highway design/engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
* Familiarity with CAD and engineering design software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley platforms
* Basic understanding of related engineering fields such as mechanical or electrical engineering
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with eagerness to learn and adapt
* Willingness to travel or relocate for project, client, or site assignments
