Civils and Structure Inspector
JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civils and Structure Inspector to ensure quality compliance in civil and structural projects across Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, reviewing project plans, and collaborating with teams to ensure construction aligns with specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
- Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
- Monitor construction activities to assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and equipment used on-site
- Document findings, report non-compliance issues, and prepare inspection reports for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Participate in technical meetings and provide guidance on civil and structural practices
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation according to project requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural inspection
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural integrity standards, and relevant codes and regulations
- Experience in reviewing and inspecting civil and structural construction projects comprehensively
- Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and technical documentation
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality issues and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications or licenses related to civil and structural inspection are preferred
