Parsons Corporation is hiring a Construction Director to lead large-scale infrastructure programs in Abu Dhabi, including complex highways, bridge, and tunnel projects. This executive-level role is ideal for a strategic leader with extensive regional experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary construction efforts from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
* Direct all phases of construction across large infrastructure projects—highways, tunnels, and bridges
* Lead teams of Construction Managers, Senior Engineers, and Resident Engineers to ensure successful project execution
* Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project milestones and budgets
* Drive the preparation and review of progress reports, presentations, and formal client updates
* Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, government authorities, and community stakeholders
* Establish and enforce project-specific construction policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Guide strategic decision-making to address scope changes, scheduling issues, and budget constraints
* Represent Parsons in bid preparation and proposal development for construction supervision and PMC projects
* Champion innovation, safety, and sustainability in every aspect of construction delivery
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 20+ years of proven leadership in large civil infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, highways)
* Prior successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs in the Middle East, especially UAE
* Strong ability to manage large teams and interact confidently with technical experts and stakeholders
* Deep understanding of construction practices, quality standards, and regional compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
