What You\'ll Be Doing:

Ensure adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethical, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to protect rail systems and infrastructure, including cyber security measures.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses specific to rail projects.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all stages of rail project development.
Stay updated on the latest threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the rail industry.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to rail security.
Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Supervise the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Lead technical excellence on the project.
Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activities, including significant milestones and any conditions that could affect project cost or schedule.
Participate in discussions with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.
Work with key project staff, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to devise and execute action plans to address potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
Complete other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate.
