We are looking for an experienced Electrically Operated Jumpform Specialist to join our construction team. This role involves managing, operating, and maintaining electrically powered jumpform systems for high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with jumpform technology, strong technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to coordinate with the construction team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor electrically powered jumpform systems for constructing high-rise structures
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and positioning of the formwork during each cycle
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the jumpform’s electrical components to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and resolve technical issues, including electrical malfunctions and mechanical adjustments
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures while operating the jumpform system
- Conduct regular checks to identify potential hazards or defects and take corrective measures
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction workers to ensure seamless operations
- Provide technical guidance to team members on the proper use of the jumpform system
- Maintain accurate records of jumpform system performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents
- Report progress and issues to the Site Manager or Project Engineer regularly
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years\' proven experience in operating and maintaining electrically powered jumpform systems
- Prior experience in high-rise construction is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and control panels
- Familiarity with hydraulic and mechanical components of jumpform systems
- Certification in electrical or mechanical operations is preferred
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification is an advantage
- Ability to work in high-altitude environments and under challenging site conditions
- Physical fitness to handle manual operations and maintenance tasks
