**What You’ll Do**
* Lead consultative sales of energy optimization solutions across diverse sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and government clients
* Manage energy audits, system analyses, data logging, benchmarking, and energy modeling for performance improvements
* Drive business development by researching industry trends, building stakeholder networks, and proposing tailored energy-saving solutions
* Supervise a team of Energy Engineers and Auditors to ensure timely submissions, training, and team development
* Ensure adherence to M&V protocols (IPMVP), ASHRAE, LEED, ISO 50001, and internal governance policies
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable design frameworks and enhance operational efficiency
* Conduct safety inspections and implement HSE policies for compliance with local and global environmental standards
* Stay updated with emerging technologies in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and automation systems
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor\'s degree in Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Science
* Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) credential required
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or retrofit projects
* Expertise in HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), lighting systems, and data acquisition tools
* Strong knowledge of IPMVP, M&V tools, and energy reporting systems
* Analytical, collaborative, and well-versed in stakeholder communication and presentation
* Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing training programs
