Role Context
The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in translating technical concepts into visually engaging materials that support project documentation, presentations, and communication. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and visual impact across all design outputs within engineering and infrastructure projects.
Core Duties
* Design and develop creative artwork and layouts aligned with company and client branding guidelines
* Produce high-quality graphics including brochures, presentations, charts, diagrams, and marketing materials
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to refine visual content
* Review submitted materials and enhance clarity, consistency, and presentation quality
* Update and modify existing graphics based on project requirements
* Ensure timely delivery and technical accuracy of all design outputs
* Revise designs based on feedback and evolving project needs
* Support multidisciplinary teams in delivering visually effective project documentation
Required Skills and Experience
* Associate degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification preferred
* Strong portfolio demonstrating visual communication and creative design skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for presentation and documentation design
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English
