Bachelor Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in the field of HR. (HRBP –Talent Management – Resourcing – Manpower Planning).
Have already attained membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or above.
Responsible to the HR Director for the overall management and delivery of all HR operational activities.
A track record of reporting at Board/senior management level
Effectively managing the HR elements required to support , Business specific or Human Resources specific activities.
Ensuring all HR project activity complies with Company policies, HR strategy and legislative frameworks, Operational Framework, where appropriate.
A proven track record in managing people and other resources to achieve HR business objectives, with an ability to perform both operationally and strategically.
Must have the ability to work on own initiative and provide guidance and supervision to others.
