Key Responsibilities
* Perform topographic, control, and setting-out surveys for stormwater and microtunneling works
* Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids
* Apply IFC drawings, alignment data, and coordinate systems in compliance with RTA standards
* Verify horizontal and vertical alignments including pipe inverts, shafts, and tunnel drives
* Conduct and validate as-built surveys prior to submission
* Monitor microtunneling operations and ensure alignment accuracy within tolerances
* Maintain detailed survey records, field books, and digital documentation
* Coordinate with contractors and supervision teams to resolve survey discrepancies
* Verify survey outputs for measurement sheets, payments, and progress tracking
* Participate in project meetings and provide survey-related updates
* Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards during field operations
* Calibrate and maintain survey instruments including GPS, total stations, and digital levels
* Support testing, commissioning, and final handover verification
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure surveying projects
* Mandatory RTA approval for microtunneling works
* Strong experience in stormwater drainage, deep pipelines, and tunneling projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, and total station equipment
* Strong knowledge of coordinate systems, datum control, and alignment verification
* Familiarity with RTA, DM, and DEWA standards in UAE projects
* Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and safety compliance
* Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
