Land Surveyor - Roads, Bridges, and Infrastructure Dubai
Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is hiring a Land Surveyor to support ongoing infrastructure projects across Dubai. This role involves field surveying, site coordination, and data collection for roads, bridges, and land development projects, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct land and field surveys, including geodetic calculations and topographic data collection
* Interface with clients and contractors to verify project survey requirements and specifications
* Perform setting-out and level checks to ensure construction alignment accuracy
* Document and maintain field records including sketches, calculations, and field notes
* Use total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors for accurate surveying
* Participate in safety procedures and enforce compliance on-site
* Assist in creating and updating as-built drawings
* Monitor service locations and ensure utilities are protected during construction
* Support the Resident Engineer and contribute to project reporting as needed
* Ensure surveying activities are completed within project timelines and budgets
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
* 7–10 years of experience in land surveying for roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
* Proficient in CAD software, survey tools, GPS equipment, and total stations
* Familiar with Dubai Municipality standards and holds valid DM Survey Approval
* Strong understanding of construction sequences and field operations
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety in all site activities
