Job Description
*JD: Mechanical Engineer*
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and cost estimates for products according to project requirements.
• Resolve technical queries regarding Material selection, Sealing, Procurement and Testing
• Through review of Material Requisition, Technical Queries, Technical Bid Evaluation, Deviation List, Client Purchase Requisition and Specifications, Datasheets, Purchase Order, Vendor Doent Requirement List, Material Take Off, and other Technical doents.
• Attending Kick-Off Meetings with Contractors and End-Users, Pre-Inspection Meetings with Contractors, End-Users and Third Party Inspectors, and other internal and external stakeholders as and when needed. Ensured that the products complied with international standards.
• Work on multiple projects for prestigious companies.
• Present the project to the team to ensure that all requirements were clear and met within the given timeframe.
• Resolve technical issues pertaining to client standards.
• Generate sales orders in ERP system and monitored progress for efficient processing.
• Reviewing and update company procedures, work instructions, and specifications to comply with international codes and standards.
• Knowledge in Procedure, Material Data Sheet and DATA SHEET
• Ensuring complete compliance of various doents including Material Requisition, Inspection and Testing Plan, Procedures, Test Reports, etc. for International Certifications
