Parsons Corporation is currently hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to support complex infrastructure and irrigation projects in Dubai. This role focuses on managing MEP systems throughout all stages of execution, including procurement, design review, installation, testing, and final commissioning.

Position Overview
As an MEP Engineer, you will play a central role in site supervision, planning, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work closely with the client and project teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with contract specifications, and successful delivery of all MEP components, particularly for irrigation pumping stations.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee supervision, design review, and installation of all mechanical and electrical systems
* Coordinate project planning, procurement activities, and testing/commissioning processes
* Advise the client and project management team on all MEP technical matters
* Attend factory and on-site tests to validate performance and compliance
* Ensure timely delivery of milestones, while maintaining scope, budget, and quality
* Review and document scope changes and assist in preparing technical proposals
* Collaborate with internal technical teams and subcontractors across disciplines
* Monitor progress of procurement packages and facilitate bid and contract procedures
* Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and support client briefings
* Interface with authorities for project approvals and asset handover
* Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure MEP systems are correctly integrated
* Support project manager with execution of technical and administrative functions
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
* 8+ years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within infrastructure projects
* Proven experience with irrigation systems and pumping stations (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of MEP design, site supervision, and commissioning workflows
* Skilled in analyzing project risks, technical requirements, and scope control
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills
* Ability to prepare reports, communicate with stakeholders, and represent technical matters clearly
