Parsons Corporation is hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to support infrastructure and irrigation projects in Dubai. This role involves overseeing mechanical and electrical systems from design review through site execution and commissioning, with a specific focus on irrigation pumping stations.

Role Summary
As an MEP Engineer, you will manage the complete lifecycle of MEP services for assigned infrastructure works. Your core responsibility will include site supervision, client coordination, testing, and ensuring all MEP systems meet project and regulatory standards, especially in irrigation-related applications.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and execute design reviews, construction monitoring, and commissioning of MEP systems
* Advise project stakeholders on procurement, installation, and testing of mechanical components
* Supervise tests at factories and on-site to ensure quality and compliance
* Define engineering scopes, schedules, and resource plans for assigned project segments
* Track progress, manage procurement schedules, and handle scope modifications
* Collaborate with procurement and subcontractor teams during bidding and implementation
* Provide technical guidance to other engineers and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts
* Ensure client specifications are consistently met across all technical functions
* Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation for client and internal use
* Review contracts and ensure smooth flow of project communication and compliance
* Assist the project manager in all planning and execution activities
* Identify technical issues early and implement corrective measures
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
* At least 8 years of MEP experience within infrastructure and utility projects
* Proven expertise with irrigation pumping stations is mandatory
* Strong understanding of design coordination, construction supervision, and testing procedures
* Ability to interpret technical contracts and oversee multi-disciplinary teams
* Effective communicator and problem-solver with strong client interfacing capabilities
