Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 for infrastructure projects
* Establish Work Breakdown Structures and maintain project baselines
* Monitor project progress and analyze cost and schedule variances
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities for project teams
* Apply earned value management techniques to track project performance
* Conduct time impact analysis and manage change control processes
* Track manpower, labor hours, and cost requirements against budgets
* Support procurement tracking including subcontract commitments and expenditures
* Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and trend analysis
* Participate in project review meetings and provide planning insights
* Ensure compliance with project control procedures and financial systems
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* 10+ years of experience in planning or project controls within infrastructure projects
* Strong experience in transportation, roads, or bridges projects
* Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
* Strong understanding of WBS, EVMS, and cost control principles
* Experience in time impact analysis and contract change management
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work in a site-based environment
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
