Role Objective: -
To Manage Procurement Operational Activities including service & Maintenance Contracts.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Day to day procurement operational activities including service & Maintenance contracts.
2. Getting the competitive quote and price benchmarking
3. Ensuring availability of Material in time.
4. Value Engineering initiative for saving cost
5. MIS reporting
Education: - Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Experience: - 3-5 years
Specific knowledge and skills: -
1. Applicants preferably working in Mall or Facilitate Management companies.
2. Must have handled the capital purchase and service contracts along with routine operation purchase
3. SAP working exposure will be an added advantage
