Project Control Manager
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to lead the project control functions for our infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and JASARA PMC’s commitment to engineering excellence. This role requires expertise in monitoring project performance, risk assessment, and implementing best practices to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project control strategies, processes, and systems
- Establish and maintain project baselines, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of project status and performance against established benchmarks
- Identify risk factors and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Collaborate with project teams to improve processes and promote best practices in project control
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for management and stakeholders
- Lead training sessions for project control staff to enhance skills and compliance with procedures
- Ensure project control procedures align with regulatory requirements and company policies
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the engineering and construction sector
- Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and provide actionable insights
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of risk management strategies and financial forecasting in project controls
