Champion EHS best practices daily by ensuring compliance with Project EHS plan and site best practices, leveraging learnings from the GE Read Across safety feedback forum in an effective manner, and taking ownership of safety culture on projects
Execute implementation plan with the execution project team in a proactive manner ensuring compliance to deliverable timelines, by effective management of core team goals
Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives
Coordinating preparation of customer periodic reports & presentations in a strategic manner
Effective liaison with Engineering to define technical risks and mitigation
Ensure effective escalation with strong follow up
Resolution of extra works, claims, and concessions to/from customers, consortium partners, contractors, and sub-suppliers for the allocated scope of work; in a proactive manner
Define and execute effective claim strategies towards the customers and/or partners; in liaison with Engineering, Site, and Contract Management team
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and procurers; ensure soliciting adequate support to address issues raised in crucial meetings
Application of the project execution strategy, daily to ensure outcomes are aligned with near-term goals
