QA / QC Inspector
JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced QA / QC Inspector to ensure quality assurance and compliance across construction and infrastructure projects. This role is essential in monitoring contractor performance, verifying compliance with site-specific requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, inspections, and auditing within the engineering and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Advise contractors on QA/QC standards and verify compliance with site-specific quality procedures
- Review and assess contractor documentation, including Project Quality Plans, Method Statements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Verify construction and installation methods and ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures
- Perform formal site QA/QC inspections and conduct weekly quality meetings with contractors
- Monitor contractor adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and ensure quality benchmarks are met
- Conduct audits on contractor QA/QC plans and procedures and follow up on remedial actions
- Identify and document non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Oversee material inspections, concrete pours, and quality checks on-site
- Ensure that all quality control tests are conducted as per contract requirements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual QA/QC performance reports
- Review lessons learned and contribute to project close-out quality reports
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC supervision within engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of quality management, compliance auditing, and construction inspections
- Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance and construction quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with contractors and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality construction environment
