This role is responsible for overseeing quality management systems across multiple projects, ensuring that engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. It supports operational excellence, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead implementation and improvement of quality management systems based on ISO 9001 standards
* Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
* Plan and execute internal and external quality audits and manage follow-up actions
* Analyze audit findings, non-conformances, and performance trends to improve processes
* Review engineering designs, procurement documentation, and construction activities for quality compliance
* Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on quality requirements
* Manage supplier qualification audits and vendor quality evaluations
* Support bid preparation and contract planning from a quality perspective
* Oversee corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure and compliance
* Provide leadership to quality teams including training and performance management
* Ensure integration of safety and quality standards across project operations

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
* Minimum 15+ years experience in quality management within infrastructure or engineering projects
* At least 5 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
* Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or equivalent quality certifications
* Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction quality processes
* Experience across multiple sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, or transportation
