Recruitment Partner Emiratisation Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
As our Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles within the Emirates Group. You will utilise our digital recruitment tools and your strong network to proactively attract, interview and hire high calibre candidates. You must have experience building and implementing recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in-house recruitment team.
In this role, you will:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and secure top talent
Engage with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals
Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped talent
Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract candidates
Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue
Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment, and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment
Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive candidates, utilising your strong network
Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers
Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends to recommend improvements on best practise and candidate attraction

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years’ experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team
UAE National holding a Khulasat Al Qaid (Family Book)
Must be able to travel to cover recruitment campaigns.
Experience with selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders
Well-versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean
A positive attitude with the ability to work at pace, in a pressurised environment
Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges
A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo
