What You’ll Do
* Generate sales enquiries, follow up on leads, and secure orders to meet monthly and annual targets
* Prepare technical designs, cost estimations, and sales proposals for HVAC systems including VRF, ducted splits, PKG units, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
* Conduct negotiations with clients and finalize orders while ensuring compliance with credit approval policies
* Build strong relationships with consultants, developers, MEP contractors, and dealer networks in Dubai and Northern Emirates
* Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
* Track competitor activities, pricing, and technical offerings to strengthen sales strategy
* Support customers during pre-sales and after-sales stages with technical expertise and feedback collection
* Ensure accurate sales records and documentation in line with ISO and company policies
* Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and client satisfaction
* Represent Al-Futtaim at industry events and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* 5–7 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE, with a proven track record in ducted splits, VRF, and chiller systems
* Strong contacts with consultants, developers, and MEP contractors in Dubai and Sharjah
* Knowledge of HVAC design, load estimation, and equipment selection software (VRF, AHU, chillers)
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* UAE driving license is mandatory
* Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
