Lead the development and preparation of RFPâs, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
Preparing tenders and good knowledge of FM technical specifications.
Conduct market research and come up with action plan to increase sales revenue.
Responsible for meeting Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
Meet new customers as part of the daily plan and create business opportunities.
Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure that their needs are met and keep updating the customer feedback to the management.
Follows up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction of service and to obtain referrals for new business.
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales reports.
