Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award
* Lead technical and commercial proposal development for infrastructure projects
* Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with senior leadership teams
* Review tender documents, drawings, and client requirements for accurate submissions
* Coordinate with discipline leads to prepare cost estimates, fees, and delivery schedules
* Lead preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and submission documents
* Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities
* Ensure prequalification requirements and vendor registrations are completed on time
* Manage sub-consultant engagement, quotations, and contract negotiations
* Monitor CRM systems such as Salesforce to maintain accurate bid tracking data
* Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and approval processes
* Present proposals and bid strategies to internal risk committees
* Deliver submissions within strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
* Mentor junior team members and support team development
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or communications
* Extensive experience in bid management, proposal writing, and tender submissions
* Strong understanding of infrastructure, civil engineering, or consulting environments
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-value bids and multiple stakeholders
* Experience with cost estimation, commercial proposals, and contract negotiation
