Role Summary
The Senior Engineer - NOC Operations is responsible for overseeing real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network infrastructure within a 24-7 operations environment. The role supports system stability, minimizes downtime, and contributes to continuous operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor enterprise network systems, servers, and applications using advanced monitoring platforms to detect issues early
* Manage incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when required
* Analyze system alerts, logs, and performance data to identify root causes and implement solutions
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
* Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and configuration changes in line with change management procedures
* Support junior engineers with technical guidance and training initiatives
* Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure continuous system availability
* Improve operational processes to enhance system performance and reduce downtime
* Prepare performance reports, availability metrics, and operational insights for management review
