This Senior ES&H Specialist role in Abu Dhabi supports complex environmental, safety, and health operations across major AECOM infrastructure and buildings projects. The position drives compliance with UAE and international ES&H standards, leads high-level risk management activities, and provides expert guidance to ensure safe, sustainable project delivery.

* Monitor environmental performance and support sustainability-focused practices across project execution.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
* 15+ years of ES&H experience within infrastructure or construction projects.
* Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and international safety frameworks.
* Proven success in implementing and managing safety management systems.
* Strong analytical, incident investigation, and emergency planning capabilities.
* Effective communicator with strong influence across multiple organizational levels.
* Skilled in risk assessment, reporting, and safety software systems.
* CSP or equivalent professional safety certification preferred.
* Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements and ES&H expectations.
