Technical clarification to internal/external queries liaising with various process and complaints.
Conduct the self and process audits, monitoring, reviewing the QC related documents and inspection records.
Verify the In-process audits and operator qualification audits are effectively conducted and initiate the process improvements.
Review all (Internal, Supplier, LNCR and Itrax) corrective and monitor/validate the effectiveness.
Participate internal and external audits.
Conduct the audit and validate in-house calibration process.
Competent at accessing drawings, specs and procedures using team centre.
Review mill certificates for the inventory and purchased (OP/OS) to the relevant drawings and procedures.
First off Inspection to the relevant drawings and procedures as when required.
Upload the location-based procedure in Team centre.
Review and follow up of all internal/supplier special process approval with Engineering
Provide the technical information to supplier for all special process and qualifications.
Maintain the first article report of all suppliers
Create the Supplier/internal audit corrective action reports and create CAPA incident in JDE
Analyse the NCR data and recommend the solutions for further improvements.
Supporting manager for any other QAQC related supports.
Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements
