Role Context
This role supports project teams by embedding safety, health, and environmental standards into all phases of project execution. It ensures compliance with regulations, reduces operational risks, and contributes to delivering infrastructure projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SHE supervision activities across project sites and ensure compliance with applicable standards
* Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and environmental impact evaluations
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Integrate safety requirements into project planning and execution
* Monitor safety performance and maintain compliance documentation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a strong safety culture
* Support continuous improvement of safety systems and reporting processes
* Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in SHE roles within engineering or construction projects
* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA
* Strong knowledge of UAE and international safety regulations
* Ability to manage safety across complex project environments
* Strong communication and leadership capabilities
