Position Overview
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be the technical authority responsible for ensuring robust structural design across various building typologies. From reviewing consultant submittals to ensuring integration with architectural and MEP systems, your work will play a key role in delivering structurally sound, innovative, and buildable solutions
that meet both design aspirations and performance standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Review structural calculations, models, specifications, and drawings for technical accuracy and compliance with international standards
* Ensure structural coordination with architectural, MEP, and infrastructure design to support seamless delivery
* Manage design consultant interactions, track milestones, and support issue resolution throughout design stages
* Contribute to value engineering, structural optimization, and design innovation workshops
* Ensure safety, durability, and sustainability standards are embedded in all structural solutions
* Review shop drawings, construction methodologies, and material submissions for structural works
* Liaise with contractors, authorities, and client teams to streamline approvals and ensure adherence to codes and project vision
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
* 10+ years’ experience in structural design of high-end buildings or mixed-use mega projects
* Expert in reinforced concrete and steel structural systems, including superstructure and substructure design
* Strong understanding of international building codes and local regulatory requirements
* Proficient in structural design software and coordination tools (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Revit, Navisworks)
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience in Giga or Vision 2030 projects is a distinct advantage
* Familiarity with BIM-based design coordination is a plus
