Investigates, diagnoses, report, and recommends correction of abnormalities occurring in any part of the system or plant to ensure safe operation of the system as per the stated procedures, generate the preventive maintenance schedule and follow up and implement the schedule (Lubrication, greasing, alignment)
Responsible for reporting maintenance activities to the Service Center Manager. Responsible for creating safe working area by isolating the equipment/system from potential hazardous source and to authorize work executor to start work by applying LOTO devices, execution of work shall be followed until completion of the job
Responsible for pumps and motor overhauling, replacing damaged parts (Bearings, Mechanical seals, Oil Seals, gland backing, coupling, belts, casing, impeller)
Perform preventive maintenance. Fill and update the history cards.
Routine monitoring of static, rotary equipment and initiate necessary maintenance works to avoid equipment malfunctioning & damages
Execute assigned tasks efficiently as per instructions given based on system requirement and update the status periodically
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve the maintenance, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service.
Reviews all chemical MSDS to determine correct action while make maintenance for the chemical dosing pumps.
Assist Commissioning and Field Service Engineer on investigating & troubleshooting equipment disturbances, equipment malfunctioning and notify the concern department responsible in time for necessary actions.
Maintain daily reporting of activities carried out in the service center.
Responsible for maintaining daily activity log like field isolation, field instruments values, motor, pump data, etc.
Apply and follow plant EHS procedures including handling of hazardous chemicals, confined space activities, chemical spill control, LOTO procedure and evacuation & emergency procedures.
Ensures to adheres to EHS & Quality processes and procedures, checks job sites for potential hazards and reports when things against company policies.
Maintains appropriate housekeeping for plant facilities cooperating with other departments.
Ability to work independently most of the time, but report to his supervisors.
