About the Role
We are seeking a Smart Homes Project Coordinator to oversee project execution, installation schedules, and customer engagement in the smart home industry. This role involves coordinating between technical contractors, site owners, and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, sales support, and customer service, with a strong understanding of smart home technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination - Act as a liaison between technical contractors and site owners, ensuring smooth execution and timely project completion
- Schedule Management - Organize and oversee installation timelines, aligning contractor availability with project deadlines
- Quotation and Contract Preparation - Draft detailed quotations and contracts, ensuring accurate pricing, product selection, and scope of work
- Presales Support - Assist the sales team by providing technical and logistical information to secure new business opportunities
- Customer Service - Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Project Documentation - Maintain organized records of project details, contracts, quotes, and communications with clients and contractors
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the smart home (home automation) or technology industry
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of smart home technologies and installation processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in preparing quotations and managing contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to sales and marketing is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
