Join Parsons Corporation in Dubai as a Supervising Engineer and lead high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE. This position offers a strategic leadership opportunity in structural engineering, focused on complex bridge and tunnel design within the civil infrastructure sector.

What You’ll Do
* Lead a team of structural engineers and BIM modelers across multiple infrastructure design phases
* Manage discipline schedules and coordinate deliverables with the Design Manager or Director
* Mentor team members, ensuring continuous technical growth and process alignment
* Oversee interdisciplinary coordination to deliver well-integrated designs
* Represent Parsons in client meetings, delivering progress updates and technical briefings
* Review final designs for quality assurance and compliance with project standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
* Minimum 18 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
* Proficiency in structural analysis software: Midas Civil, CSi Bridge, SAP2000, ETABS
* Deep understanding of international codes such as AASHTO and Eurocode
* Proven expertise in bridge, tunnel, and underpass design, including complex multi-level structures
* Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and parameter interpretation
