*Possess expertise in MS TEAMs deployments, PBX/ S4B to UCC cloud migration
*Consult , design & deploy MS TEAMs solution including Enterprise Voice, Direct routing etc
*MS Teams Direct Routing and integration with SBCs (AudioCodes/ Ribbon)
*Must have SBC Ribbon / AudioCodes deployment experience . Working knowledge of Powershell added advantage.
*Previous experience Voice Telephony deployment, SIP Trunks, SBC configuration ,PRI
*Designing, Deploying and Supporting UC solutions for Microsoft Voice & Teams Telephony
*Strong experience on IP telephony/SBC/ECB and it's monitoring tools.
*Knowledge of UCC technology vendors & IP Telephony such as Poly, Logitech, Yealink.
*T1 & T2 Tier Support UC Technologies deployments.
*Single handed manage deployments and support for UCC technologies mentioned above.
*Must be available at client site in UAE/ Gulf for site surveys, requirement analysis on Customer voice platform, create customer network flow design.
*Qualify and test customer voice equipment for IOT testing for UCC cloud/ MS TEAMs.
*Work closely with customer for upgrades, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
*Team player and quick learner on the new Technologies.
