- Coordinate with Procurement/Materials Management to select and source suppliers for Retrofit & Upgrade projects, including cabin and Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) needs. Manage sourcing of Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and alternative materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure after-market services support timely maintenance and uphold pristine cabin standards.

- Ensure effective coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders (manufacturers, vendors, lessors) for modification, retrofit, and upgrade programs, addressing factors like operations, facilities, materials, training, and service impact.

- Lead cross-functional teams in ITCM forums with suppliers and manufacturers, addressing key technical issues impacting fleet operations. Drive collaboration on new Cabin/IFEC technologies to improve reliability and enhance customer experience.

- Oversee a streamlined process for Cabin Engineering Change Requests, ensuring technical evaluations and recommendations support internal stakeholders. Foster proactive collaboration to provide timely responses to inquiries, minimizing disruptions and boosting efficiency and capability development.

- Evaluate new aircraft specification projects, ensuring selections incorporate lessons from past operations and previous programs. Collaborate with DSVP Aircraft Procurement/Projects to align new upgrades and reconfigurations with strategic direction.

- Ensure all Cabin/IFEC programs meet Design Organisation requirements and collaborate with the Maintenance Programmes team to develop and maintain compliant Supplemental Maintenance Programs, aligned with regulatory standards and OEM recommendations.
