Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring an Associate Entertainment Manager in Dubai, UAE to support the daily management of entertainment and food and beverage venue operations. The role focuses on customer experience, team performance, operational standards, sales, safety compliance, inventory control, and financial performance while working closely with the Entertainment Manager.
This is a hands-on operational leadership position with responsibility for maintaining smooth venue performance, coordinating frontline teams, reviewing business results, and ensuring consistent execution of brand and service standards. The Associate Entertainment Manager will also provide
floor support during peak trading periods and special events.

Venue Operations and Guest Experience
* Support the Entertainment Manager in overseeing daily venue operations.
* Conduct regular venue inspections covering cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.
* Monitor facilities and equipment, report faults, and coordinate corrective action with relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure brand standards, service procedures, and customer experience initiatives are consistently implemented.
* Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate appropriate service recovery.
* Review customer feedback and NPS performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop practical actions to strengthen guest satisfaction and overall venue performance.
* Provide visible operational support on the floor during peak periods and special events.
Team Leadership
* Supervise team deployment, rotations, breaks, and staffing requirements across entertainment zones and food and beverage outlets.
* Conduct daily briefings and ensure teams understand operational priorities and expectations.
* Coach, mentor, and train employees to strengthen performance, guest engagement, and product knowledge.
* Monitor attendance, grooming, conduct, and adherence to company standards.
* Lead teams toward operational and sales targets.
* Encourage appropriate upselling and strong product awareness.
* Support employee engagement and consistent execution of service standards.
Commercial and Financial Performance
* Support revenue growth through effective operational planning, staffing, and cost control.
* Monitor cash-handling procedures and cashier reconciliation activities.
* Maintain required financial controls across venue operations.
* Review revenue reports, operational metrics, and financial results.
* Identify performance gaps and opportunities for operational or commercial improvement.
* Support achievement of sales and business performance objectives.
Inventory and Purchasing
* Manage stock counts and inventory control activities.
* Investigate and monitor stock variances.
* Support inventory reconciliation processes.
* Assist with purchasing requirements, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
* Coordinate stock receiving and inventory verification.
* Maintain appropriate controls over merchandise and operational stock.
Safety, Compliance and Standards
* Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, audits, and compliance checklists.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure operational procedures and service standards are followed consistently.
* Support implementation of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment initiatives and culture programs.
* Identify operational or safety concerns and coordinate appropriate corrective action.
Requirements
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or leisure environment.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in an equivalent leadership position managing medium to large teams.
* Strong understanding of entertainment venue operations, food and beverage service, and customer experience management.
* Experience driving operational KPIs, sales performance, and service excellence.
* Strong leadership, coaching, team engagement, and performance management capabilities.
* Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cash-handling procedures.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays and to support new project openings when required.
* Certificate, Diploma, or Course in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
* Person In Charge Level 3 certification or equivalent regulatory requirement is an advantage.
