Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring an Entertainment Manager in Dubai, UAE to lead operations across assigned entertainment sites and maintain a consistently strong customer experience. The role provides operational direction to site teams while ensuring compliance with established procedures, brand guidelines, budgets, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
The Entertainment Manager will oversee day-to-day site performance, customer satisfaction, cost management, and team effectiveness. This position requires an experienced operations professional who can manage customer escalations, monitor financial targets, resolve operational concerns, and work across functions to maintain service standards.

Role Profile
* Oversee operations across assigned entertainment sites and ensure effective delivery of operational and administrative activities.
* Ensure sites operate in accordance with established SOPs, Majid Al Futtaim policies, and applicable guidelines.
* Monitor operational performance and maintain adherence to approved site budgets.
* Identify and report budget or operational performance variances.
* Create and maintain a customer-focused environment across assigned operations.
* Monitor end-user feedback and Net Promoter Score to understand customer experience and service performance.
* Take ownership of customer escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive appropriate issue resolution.
* Work closely with the HSE team to inspect service delivery standards and support continuous improvement.
* Maintain disciplined cost management while working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual EBITDA and Net Profit targets.
* Guide team members through operational issues and areas of concern.
* Ensure operational matters are addressed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
* Protect applicable entertainment brand standards and guidelines throughout site operations.
Customer Experience and Operational Performance
A key focus of the position is maintaining a consistent guest experience while balancing service delivery with commercial and operational requirements. The Entertainment Manager will use customer feedback, performance indicators, and operational observations to identify issues and support improvements across assigned sites.
The role also carries responsibility for customer escalations and requires effective coordination with relevant teams to determine root causes, implement resolutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
