Responsibilities:
- Perform in various live shows within the park, incorporating acrobatics, acting, dance, martial arts, and stunts.
- Engage in character meet-and-greets, interacting with guests to create immersive experiences.
- Lead warm-up and workshop sessions, guiding performers and participants.
- Support park events by participating in themed performances, hosting segments, and energizing crowds.
- Follow established performance guidelines and artistic direction from the Entertainment Management team.
- Maintain professional costume care and report any issues related to wardrobe or props.
- Ensure guest interaction remains energetic, engaging, and aligned with the overall entertainment experience.
- Adapt to different performance locations and changing show formats as required.
- Participate in safety and environmental training programs, ensuring compliance with park regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in performing arts, dance, gymnastics, acrobatics, or a related discipline.
- Strong ability in dance, acting, stunts, or character-based performances.
- Previous experience in live entertainment, theme parks, or theatrical productions is a plus.
- Physical agility, endurance, and strength to execute acrobatic and high-energy performances.
- Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for engaging audiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
