The Senior Coordinator Quality, Business Excellence and Training plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving guest satisfaction at Motiongate, Dubai Holding Entertainment. This position involves managing quality processes, ensuring compliance with business excellence standards, conducting data analysis, and developing training programs to optimize employee performance and service excellence.

- Develop and document core policies, processes, procedures, and forms to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Create process flowcharts and maintain an updated Quality Management System (QMS) document register.
- Coordinate the approval and release of policies and procedures as per corporate guidelines.
- Implement and oversee process management systems to meet quality and business excellence objectives.
- Communicate new policies and process changes to internal stakeholders effectively.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.

- At least 2 years of experience in training design and facilitation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting processes.
- Expertise in documenting and implementing business processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to drive improvements.
- Familiarity with HSE training, learning, and development frameworks.
