Key responsibilities:
- Develop and document core policies, processes, procedures, and forms to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Create process flowcharts and maintain an updated Quality Management System (QMS) document register.
- Coordinate the approval and release of policies and procedures as per corporate guidelines.
- Implement and oversee process management systems to meet quality and business excellence objectives.
- Communicate new policies and process changes to internal stakeholders effectively.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage guest satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and provide strategic insights to improve customer experience.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.
- Collaborate with external training providers to deliver technical, behavioral, legal, and compliance-related training.
- Ensure seamless coordination of training programs and adherence to established learning and development standards.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality or theme parks, with expertise in quality management and guest experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in training design and facilitation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting processes.
- Expertise in documenting and implementing business processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to drive improvements.
- Familiarity with HSE training, learning, and development frameworks.
