Senior Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of The Entertainer app. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing app features and services, particularly focusing on BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offers across various categories, including Dining, Delivery, Attractions & Leisure, Pubs & Bars, Beauty & Fitness, and Travel (Hotels Worldwide). Your expertise in product lifecycle management, user experience, and data-driven decision-making will be essential in driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of app features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and specifications
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of new features and prototypes
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, market trends, and user feedback to refine product strategies
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features
- Advocate for the user experience, incorporating feedback and usability insights into product development
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech sector
- Proven experience launching consumer-facing digital products and services
- Background in lifestyle, food delivery, hospitality, or travel sectors is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative solutions that enhance user experience
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
