ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Job Vacancy in UAE
- Ensure that all the ERP filing is completed daily in a systematic manner.
- Follow up on all tasks related to ordering and receiving of items.
- Assist in maintaining in proper documentation of all food and beverage related records.
- Responsible for other office administration such as typing, systematic filing, making and receiving telephone calls courteously, taking down the messages, sending and receiving faxes, etc.
- Distribute, deliver and receive documents from the various business units and properly dispose or share all documents, as and when required.
- Maintain a strong follow up on pending ERP matters and coordinate with the concerned departments in order to get the matters accomplished as desired and closed on time.
- Ensure all relevant and important documents are filed electronically for easy reference
