• Welcoming guests as a first point of contact on arrival to office and guiding them appropriately.
• Work with teams to document and communicate actions, issues and ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a safe and clean reception area, abiding by rules, and regulations set out in company policy.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Ordering and moderating supplies of stationeries and/or pantry stock.
• Physical mail items and receiving of Registered mail or deliveries by couriers.
• Organize and structure document filing, coordinating messages to and from the business.
• Answer phone calls whilst also on reception and directing calls appropriately.
