Key responsibilities

Support Store Office in the reordering of standing order stock items in accordance with established guidelines maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, projected usage and estimated date of delivery.
Verify receipt of stock ordered, informing the Store Officer of any discrepancies on invoices for reconciliation with vendors; and record all receipt and pricing information in the log.
Receive deliveries according to procedures; verify quantities and items received against packing slips, invoices and purchase orders; ensure merchandise received is in good condition.
Assist customers in the selection of additional uniforms and/or school supplies.
Deliver supplies and materials to various locations and obtain signatures for delivered items; set priorities for items to be delivered.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventories of supplies and materials; move and stock supplies and materials in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Maintain daily activity log to include records of delivery activity, and other dispatch information.
