SPECIFIC DUTIES

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Empty drop safe on a daily morning accompanied by the designated witness for that day.
Balance petty cash issued with Accounts payable & Income auditor.
Maintain a log of Petty Cash Vouchers and Receipt book.
Good communications skills
Ability to work under pressure
Handle cash payment and credit/debit card machine transactions
Have basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
Knowledge in handling cost analysis, financial reports, etc.
Greet customers when entering or leaving restaurant
Make sales referrals/ cross-sell products and introduce new ones where applicable
