S ite Supervision: Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor day-to-day site activities, coordinating the work of different trades to achieve project goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers.
Assign tasks, provide direction, and mentor team members to ensure efficient and productive work.
- Physically to be fit and Strong
- Capable enough in handling laborers and to get output.
- Assigning the task.
- Capable to read and understand the drawing.
- Coordinating with site Engineer for the completion of work
