• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our upcoming auctions and services.
• Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and interests.
• Explain the auction process, answer questions, and provide information to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Answer incoming calls and provide callers with the requested information.
• Provides information about hotel/restaurant services to guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Transfer calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
