Customer Service Rep / Receptionist Job Vacancy in UAE Abdu Dhabi
- Greet customers, complete necessary rental , disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
- Handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
- Complete, review and submit various reports to manager.
- Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
- Enter and maintain information in location logs.
Skills:
- Ability to use effective sales techniques.
- Knowledge and skill in the operation of Car reservation software.
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
- Knowledge of Car Rental or Car Leasing operations.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers and employees.
